Ansel Adams

For my art homework I have to write about two photgraphers that "explore" places or objects in their works. One photographer that I chose was Ansel Adams. I love his work; it's just so beautiful. He has captured the natural world in a different way; his images often evoke the feeling of loneliness but they also show just how great and imposing the landscapes can be. The fact that he took his images in black and white just adds to the whole atmosphere of the photographs. Here are some images to illustrate what I'm talking about:
